I'm going to be ordering some Naltrexone tonight. I've read about the Nodict thing so I'm a little wary of ordering from River Pharmacy, and I read somewhere that AllDayChemist now requires a prescription. Is there anyone who has ordered from AllDayChemist in the last week? My other option is to order from River Pharmacy, but just chew up the pill. That doesn't really bother me that bad, but I'm still kind of wary of it. Any thoughts?

Last time I ordered from All Day Chemist, I didn't need a prescription. Why don't you give it a shot?

Chewing Nodict tastes REALLY bad.... :(

I guess I'm just afraid they'll charge me and then wait for me to give the prescription. Which I don't intend on doing. In any case, I guess I'll just try it.

Words,
Please keep us posted on your order, I am sure that there are many of us who have been using either United or River who may need to be changing suppliers. Has anyone else recently ordered from All Day?
Thanks,
Diver

I just now "live chatted" w/ Alldaychemist, and clarified that a prescription is not needed for Naltima (their name for naltrexone). I've been ordering from them for almost a year, w/ good service and prices. Also will add that Naltima definitely works, based on my own experience & progress. Not totally cured, but closer, ever closer... ;)

Thanks Chrissie - I am going to place an order now. In the meantime looks like I'll be chewing the Nordict tablets ... YUM!

Haha all this info... and now Allday has problem where they can't take credit cards for a while. I mean... really? lol It's all good. Hopefully it'll make me want to control drinking that much more.

There is no problem with Nodict from River Pharmacy. Nodict is not a time released tablet. Please see post that I made about time released tablets. Even Q said he was cured with Nodict in 2009.

For those not having the success that they want using medications, our site refers a lot of people to Debbie the Coach. See more info at www.debbiethecoach.com. Using a coach that understands the use of anti-craving medications and can support your progress is key.

Hope this helps

I think you need to check your facts. The first time I have ever ordered NAL from River was when I posted this request in Oct 2011:

viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2604&p=33018&hilit=vacation&sid=a#p33018

Here's another post in 2010 where I stated I was ordering my NAL from All Day Chemist: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1222&p=17653&hilit=+All+Day+Chemist+&sid=a983d966d17dc35dc893a0df6754e0ae#p17653

Up until after I claimed I was cured in August of 2009, I was getting my NAL from my PCP via prescription from US Pharmacies.

I did not begin to Order NAL online until Feb of 2010, and this from All Day Chemist. You will see a post from my in Feb of 2010 on the topic.

It was after the first order of Nodict from River in Oct of 2011 above that I began to backslide. I am not the only person on this forum who has had issues with Nodict. This topic was first raised some time ago. I will search the forums and find the post where chewing of Nal was first bought up (not by me, but by another member). Several people have posted issues with Nodict, not just me. I just took the time to take a tablet down to a pharmacist and had him look at it. His opinion is that it's time release.

You obviously either own or work for River Pharmacy. While we respect your opinion, at this point I consider it quite biased.

Given the implications of someone taking a form of NAL that does not work with TSM, you are going to be on a short leash with your comments on this topic. I mean really short. These are peoples lives we are talking about here, not numbers on some bottom line.
