Hi all

Started TSM finally Wednesday night with 12.5 mg ,Thursday the same . Friday/Sat increased it to 25 , a little nausea but not much luckily . I was drinking 1 to 2 bottles of wine everynight normally 1 during the week two at weekends but for the last couple of weeks its been 2 everynight , however before taking my first nal Wednesday I started with the gym again gave up the cigarettes again! and have been on one bottle every night since . My problem with Nal so far is that since starting it I have slept for maybe 3 hours and after that I wake up every 20-30 mins for the rest of the night so I feel knackered the next day . Any tips . I will start a new thread shortly so people can see my progress.

I took my first Nal (1/2) last night and it seemed like I slept really well when I was asleep but I kept waking up all night long....hopefully it's temporary.
