Hi everyone,
My father is starting the Sinclair Method. He needs someone who is further along in the process to talk to by phone or text (he is not on his forum). He is a wonderful, kind man who I love dearly. The Naltrexone is making him feel a bit sick and he needs someone to check in with him and someone to offer encouragement through this process. Someone other than his daughter, as it is understandably hard for him to talk to me about this stuff!
Thank you!

There really isn't any phone/text support for TSM, JoMac. He might try connecting with Joanna at C3 Europe, she offers free consults for TSM'ers.

There's also much more action at the Options Save Lives forum and he can get support from other TSM'ers there:

It's not unusual for people to experience nausea with Naltrexone, but it generally fades within a couple of weeks. It helps to take it on top of a meal and follow up with lots of water throughout the evening. Once the nausea is gone, the Nal can be taken without the meal. Others have said that OTC motion sickness meds help considerably, others that even ginger candies help.
