Hey! Thanks for following up. Have had a busy week at work and haven't had much time to log on.

I picked them up on Saturday without any problem. I just took my first half of a pill excited to see how this goes!

Awesome! Don't forget to get plenty of water in there, that seems to be what helps blunt the side effects (if you get any at all). Let us know how it goes!

Dunno if I told you, but this board sometimes goes down, so you might want to check out the community at http://optionssavelives.freeforums.net/ too.

What are some of the side effects that are most common? I didn't notice anything that seemed any more serious than the side effects from alcohol...

Brain fog, nausea, lethargy are some of the more common ones, but some never feel anything at all.

I took half a pill and had 3 beers for the night, which is about average for a Thursday since I started tracking my consumption 5 weeks ago. The desire to drink more than 3 beers was lessened though.

The only things that I noticed out of the ordinary were that I woke up extremely thirsty and had some very vivid dreams.

I hear about the vivid dreams now and again, that seems to go away too. I don't recall reading of others complaining about thirst, but I've read a lot of TSM posts and certainly don't remember all the details. How did you do on keeping up with the water last night?

It's hard to say about keeping up with the water. I had gone for an 80 minute run earlier in the evening and when I got home, drank about a half gallon of water. Then when I took the Nal, I washed it down with another 16 oz. I didn't drink any water while drinking beer, but I did have another glass before bed.

I woke up slightly thirsty and a little groggy. I had a gatorade with breakfast and that seemed to help.
