All the comments and sharing are instructive. All I know is that the method has been able to restore my life to normal. Even as I still face many personal challenges, I'm no longer consumed by a physical addiction. And each and every day that passes erases a bit of my compulsion to drink away my troubles.

For the first time in a long time, I'm feeling good about the future.
