Fairly biased article if you ask me. It certainly isn't an article that promotes TSM.

Typical reporting.

I am always disappointed in news stories of which I know something about. They are almost always more than 50% wrong.

Yes, a lot of rehab industry propoganda. But it's still progress, since many alcoholics who read these pieces are still going to be highly interested in The Sinclair Method, regardless of what the other 'experts' have to say. They can get the book, search the net, and get their motivation from us!

Cheers!

I wonder why the reporter didn't report how much each of the detractors' clinics charges for their alcoholism program?

No, I take that back. I don't wonder at all.

Hi Folks,

I agree entirely with G4M. The article will almost certainly have raised awareness of, and generated interest in, naltrexone and the Sinclair Method. For anyone with an alcohol problem, I think they are likely to want to find out more; I don't think they'll be too swayed by 'the establishment'. Most people are wise enough to realize that the rehab industry has a vested interest in preserving the status quo.

My two penneth (as we say in the UK).

V.
