I have created an area in the off-ramp for fighting and arguing. Anyone is welcome to argue away in that area. The only rules as of right now are that the discussion remain civil and there be no personal attacks.
I have requested that Marbella and Lena (both moderators) keep an eye out for brewing arguments. If they spot one, they will ask that it be moved to that area, whereupon I expect that to happen immediately and without giving them a hard time about it. This applies to both regular members of the forum and new members or outsiders. If Marbella or Lena say move it, then move it. I trust their judgment - they can and will delete any further argumentative posts that appear in the original thread.
As I've said before, dissent isn't bad and in many cases can be good, as long as everyone learns from it. But please keep in mind that this is primarily a support forum where people come for help, encouragement, support and (virtual) camaraderie.

It is NOT a place to hear discouraging messages and suggestions that The Sinclair Method won't work for them - particularly from anyone not VERY well qualified to make such a suggestion. Inasmuch as I consider most MDs unqualified to make such assertions, you'd better have an impressive string of letters after your name if you offer "expert" opinions.
