That's why we have to take control of our own destinies.

There's no money to be made by you getting well. How many beds are filled each day with addicts health care insurers paying $7000 a month to dr's, staff etc. The alkies come in 3 times a year. Its big business.

Now lets find a cure tht doesn't require hospital?,..what are they all gonna do? Even my shrink, once I'm cured,..is fired.

It does the system no good for people to get better. Better for everyone if we stay around 20% success with God and AA (I am spiritual by the way)....

Ultimately it would better for the world,.Less DWI's, fatalities to people, less for cops, courts etc. But again, they need to do something. And yes, I guess we could funnel it towards cocaine, crime etc. So it would have a beneficial effect ultimately but in the short term? Same thing with energy, MPG (I've heard they have 300 mpg cars...) renewables all the same. Keep that **** squashed.

Please keep the conspiracy theories what they are... theories. If we start adopting these theories as plausible, possible, probable, likely, or even as fact, we're going to look like the fringe element. And we don't want that appearance. We have a successful medical treatment with TSM which works. We have successful participants who share their experiences.

As an engineer, I well know the urban legends of ~300 mpg cars. I won't discuss here why these claims are so ridiculous. It's important, at least to me as well as others, to keep TSM in the classification of real, solid, scientific, medically sound treatments, as it should be.

You are right it does piss me off too, having to lie to the doctor and worry that this method won't be accepted by certain people. They are committing a crime not testing/ developing/ offering this treatment. It would save numerous lives. I have been spreading to all my friends that if they know someone looking for help to research TSM.

GM's EV1 was an unfortunately unsuccessful electric vehicle which didn't use liquid fuel for energy, it used electricity instead, thus not a conspiracy.

I must admit though there definitely is much reluctance to new ideas of any kind, which is the subject of this thread. Many people will stick with the old ways of doing things despite evidence of something better or even something else. Of course, there are some folks at the opposite end of the spectrum that will believe or adopt anything new despite evidence or lack thereof. It would be nice if human nature was such that beliefs were evidence based, but we take mental shortcuts and develop a belief system that need not require much evidence, if any. It makes life easier. We notice things that correspond to our belief system and disregard things that do not. Look at politics, look at religion/spirituality, look at science, and of course look at the medical community.
