Hi V...

Answer to query:

TSM faithfully followed since June 11, 2009. Still doing it. I realize it might take longer, but if it doesn't help by Nov. 1 2009, when I am crew (the only crew w/ Capt.-owner of a 40 foot sailboat bound from Cape Town South Africa to Salvador Brazil on a two month voyage) I might literally find myself in DEEP WATER.

(I love my wife, my son and my dog--pictured--in that order. [Maybe doggie is #1 since he accepts anything unquestionably.])

Mike

Thanks, Mike.

Hi Drink2Much,

Your disease is curable and your progress is normal so far. Check this thread: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=529

one us unit less per day after each month. You decreased your drinking about 3 us units per day after about 3 months.
