Are you a daily drinker or do you binge?
People most often have a honeymoon period, followed by a big rise, it generally drops off from there. Do keep track of your drinks, it's an important tool and it's going to help you see your progress. If your progesterone levels are low, you may need to take another 25mg as a booster, but otherwise expect that TSM will be up and down, but down on the whole. It sounds like you had a very clear confirmation from the Naltrexone, but hang on for the ride and know that there's often a pop back up when your numbers hit a new low. Lean into the high drinking days and try to break up your drinking routine, push back, don't be bullied by the booze. After the first one or two, don't keep the glass in your hand. Maybe even keep it in a different room. Take a sip, go do some task, come back for another sip, etc. Drink slowly and notice how you're feeling. That will help activate the part of your brain that tells you you're done drinking for the night, so listen for it and act on that notion. Here's some more info:
