Hi, I have been taking naltrexone for 3 weeks, and was doing better every day. suddenly I
am drinking more again. Can I increase to 75 mg per day?

That would be very premature. An uptick after a few weeks of early progress is a common reaction in naltrexone responders.

I'd wait a few months.
