3 weeks on naltrexone
Seems to be helping a little but not as much as I would like,
Oddly, it gives me a reason to drink, before I would not drink if I didnt want to get drunk, It took alot of willpower to abstain for one night, but knowing that I could drink the next night helped.
but now I have less sober days, I may drink less on my harder drinking days but I am still not sure,
Drinking is less enjoyable , but I still seem to drink more than I would want to.

Are you tracking your drinking in a diary? Most people do, and it seems to help a lot of us. I know the lab rats never kept diaries, but the scientists did . Without a record, we're pretty much just flying on faith until change becomes undeniable, and that can be hard.
