Hi. I am new to TSM, but I am committed to breaking this habit. I am 65 with 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. I want to be around to see my grandchildren grow up.

Welcome dm! I hope this works for you. I feel the same way, though don't have grandchildren yet. :-)

I'm only on week 3, but see a difference.

Welcome DM,

I'll say it too - read the forum get the book take the Nal and follow the golden rule Nal + 1hr before you drink.

Also track your daily progress in the User Control Panel --> Profile --> Signature section so we all can see each others progress....
