Greetings Everyone,

I have purchased and read Dr. Eskapa's book. I have an appointment with my GP tomorrow and I will ask her for a prescription for Naltrexone. I am encouraged to learn of TSM and my ultimate goal is to be alcohol free. I do understand that I must drink with the Naltrexone in order to acheive my goal. The science makes sense to me. I will be taking the book to my appointment.

I was just posting to say hello and to thank all of the members for the posts that I have read while lurking. My current units/wk is 70. My use is daily with 8-12 units/day. AF days are typically zero.

Welcome Wilson33. We're glad you found us and good luck on your journey it can get rocky at times but hang in there, post often so we can get to know you. I hope your GP is open to Nal and gives you a prescription.

Probably too late but copy this and give it to your GP, if not too late.
