LaBear - I experienced reductions right away for the first 5 weeks...and now I'm going back up. Let me tell you, that's not fun either!

Bottom line..it's going to take awhile to get to normal levels no matter if you have big decreases at first or stay at your pre-sinclair levels for a while and then, finally, experience reductions. From what I have seen so far...those that take awhile to see the reductions usually stay more stable once they get there (so, they may click in around week 8-10 but they don't seem to go back up). Hang in there!

Virgil I read that thread. Where did it come from might I ask. Seems to me I read it before. The reason I am asking is I suffer from both anxiety and CFS,CMV,EBV etc., etc. Very interesting indeed. I was bed ridden for quite a while with this disabling disease, better now, but always have viral problems and a repressed immune system.

LaBear,

I'm assuming that when you say "I read that thread" in the quote above that you are referring not to a thread but to the link that I provided in the thread entitled "The Importance of Keeping a Positive Outlook". Is that correct? For convenience, I have repeated the link below:

http://www.fda.gov/fdac/features/2000/100_heal.html

It is a U.S. Food and Drug Administration document.

Please let me know if I have misunderstood you.

V.
