My numbers aren't really "half of what my high" is. I was guesstimating before I started TSM what my high was. And to be honest, I think I need to adjust my "pre-TSM" number down a bit. Essentially, I have remained at the low end of what my guesstimate was. My numbers, save for one week, have remained constant. I have not noticed what I think is a reduction in how much I'm drinking... either anecdotally OR looking at my actual numbers. I've been constant. The only thing I seem to be achieving is an occasional AF day. Not feeling like I've made much, if any progress.... YET! I've still got all sorts of faith in this method and have no intention of quitting until I get the results I'm looking for!
