These "glimpses of the future" are sure to increase as you progress with the method and are proof positive that naltrexone is having an effect on you. Congratulations and welcome to the board.

Thanks so much for your encouraging welcome, yes these brief periods of indifference to alcohol are a real confidence booster and, I hope and pray, a sign of things to come for many of us keep in touch, I will try to post my progress regularly, thanks again for your support

I hope you don't mind me asking but I see your signature says ' no change in cravings or drinking patterns', is this still the case for you or is that out of date now?
