Welcome dougie.... I get the doubt your experiencing. I don't know how long you've been doing TSM, but I've just wrapped up my first month and I don't really feel any real changes. I may have changed some behaviors that I'm attributing to the nal, but (if I'm totally honest) I don't know if it's the nal or not. Do I sometimes have doubt? Yes! But more often, I just have to remind myself that the process of extinguishment takes TIME. And I haven't been doing this very long. I trust in the science, and you should, too... there are so many people here who have and ARE benefited from TSM. We're two of them... we just don't know it yet!
