I had nausea when I started, too. I took 25 mg for 2 days then 50. I was a little unprepared for the nausea so it was quite disconcerting! But it did go away after a week or so. Just try to hang in there. Starting off at a small dose might help, as will eating with the med. But rest assured it does go away. And yeah, it does feel like morning sickness (I have triplets so I know all about that!) Fortunately, Nal nausea doesn't last 9 months or even 9 weeks!

Hi mabalee, I had nausea, too this go around. When I took it about a year ago (not Sinclair) I never did feel queasy. But for me, the nausea usually passed by the afternoon. And it did get much better. I still sometimes feel a little queasy in the morning and I don't find anything appealing for breakfast, but that may just be the wine! I have been on nal for about 4 weeks now (no major changes yet..crossing fingers.) Good luck!
