You don't say what your previous drinking was like, but I get the impression that this is a dramatic change for you. Hooray! If you're seeing real change after three weeks, you've got an excellent shot at being quick to a cure.

I do believe that motivation matters. If you really want to be free of drinking, you'll free yourself as soon as you've broken the actual addiction. Sounds like you're moving rapidly in that direction.

I hope everyones experiences are like mine! Today I have 365 AF days that equals one year. I know I would not be here if it wasn't for Naltrexone. It took me about four months to start some alcohol free days and snowballed from there. I am so grateful to Dr. Sinclair and his development of the TSM! I wish I could meet him and thank him personally. My only advice is keep a journal. At first I didn't want to because I was still drinking but then everyday became a gold star on my forehead to claim another day alcohol free! The reward of that accomplishment outweighs the enjoyment of drinking now! A few weeks I didn't record and it took forever to figure (remember) what I had done. So keep
good records. I am probably over a year but because I messed up those weeks in my journal I don't count them. Very frustrating! Anyway just stay the course amazing things are coming your way!

Great deal Rebecca!! An real inspiration. I'm keeping a journal now and am excited about progressing with the Sinclair Method. I'm really learning the importance of taking the pill at least an hour prior to any potential drinking...Also am realizing this still takes a lot of work on top of just taking the pill.
