Yes - Naltrexone still makes me a little tired/sleepy at first, but then it gets better after a while. The tired feeling seems to slow down the rate of drinking, which is a good thing. As far as exercise or anything else you enjoy doing - just go ahead! Naltrexone isn't going to magically take away all the enjoyment you feel, no matter what you're doing. It's about reducing the craving for an addiction that's ruining your life, not for something that improves your health, or makes you happy in a 'good' way.
The day where you might want to choose special activities because you're not using Nal is a long way off and of little concern when you're just starting out. Don't even think about that for now - just take the Nal an hour before you drink (ALWAYS), and the rest will take care of itself in due time.
