New to the method, 3 days in. Watched One Little Pill and something clicked about two weeks ago. Hopefully this is the answer to my prayers. So far, so good. First time I took the med I felt "high" and was worried about the quality of the meds I ordered, but that was the only issue so far. Fingers crossed.... A few drinks each night, but nothing like the bottle - bottle 1/2 otherwise. I just get "bored" with the drink Makes me incredibly happy. I realize this will be a long road as it I did not get here overnight.

One thing I am concerned with is that I am travelling to Thailand in a few weeks for a 2 week duration from the US. As far as I can see Naltrexone is not a controlled substance there, but was wondering if anyone had any experience with travelling internationally, gulp, without, an RX. I am incredibly nervous. I do NOT want go give this up while I am away....

Hi Young! Welcome to the board!

The typical pattern with TSM is an initial decrease followed by a rebound, so don't get worried if that happens. That repeats throughout TSM, but it seems to be most pronounced at the beginning. Search on "Honeymoon" here for more.

I wish I had some info for you on Naltrexone and Thailand, maybe go to http://www.c3foundationeurope.org, click on the Contact link and ask if they have any info there. I understand you don't want to fly into UAE with it, as it's scheduled there.

Thank you so much. I AM flying into Qatar for a quick layover, but will keep my meds in my checked luggage for the trip. It seems that Naltrexone is not prohibited in any way in Thailand, so I am feeling quite happy.

Thank you for the heads up about the honeymoon phase. I have read several posts in regards to that and like many say, it took years to build up those connections in the brain, one cannot expect it to go away overnight. I have much hope with this and this forum is a wonderful source of support. Thank you so much for your kindness!
