Hi Everyone

I have been on TSM for the last 5 weeks. I had my honeymoon right in the first week when I managed for the first time in maybe 20 years to stop after a few drinks. (7 to be precise) I had two more honeymoon days the same week before I got totally drunk on 25 drinks in the following 2 weeks. Honeymoon was over fast.
Week 4 another turn, not drunk no binge, had 5 drinks over 4 days which o took 'mindfully'. Week 5 so far AF....no craving....

keep it up! you should start noticing more changes in your drinking patterns in the coming few weeks. it's worth it!
