Hello all and thank you R9V for the invite to this new forum.

I became aware of the Sinclair Method 4-5 days ago, have read through every post on the MWO boards on the topic, and am working my way through Dr. Eskapa's book. I am currently waiting for my order of Naltrexone to arrive so I can begin the journey. Until this, I'll use the time to learn as much as I can about the Sinclair Method and get to know everyone here in this group.

I am looking forward to taking this journey with such a great group of people.

Hi Q

I am a little curious to know how others have found Doctor responses etc- I take it you have ordered your Naltrexone online- did you consider going to a doctor?

I went to one who wrote gave me a prescription (He assumed I was going to take it as an anti-craving med) so I have not had a liver test as recommended by Dr. Sinclair.
I am going ahead with this without one- I would like to know how others feel about getting the Naltrexone online and taking it without the test.

Welcome ~Q. Glad to see you here. We hadn't talked much "over there", so maybe we will get to know each other here.

Average AF days 6/wk

I now count days on Nal, rather than drinking days.
