Just a quick introduction to say hello, that I'm very excited about finding this forum, and that is it my sincere hope that I can give as much as I take from this group. I will continue to research the entirety of the various community threads for my own personal reward and to hedge against ask questions that have already been asked and flushed out.

I've run through what I define as three Nal/TSM trials to date: 1) A few months daily drinking and dosing NAL, 2) six months of complete NAL and alcohol abstinence (realizing fully this is not TSM at all), and the past month being true to TSM. I'm in a relative good place now being true to TSM. I have so many questions for you folks and look forward to engaging you.

Until then, regardless of where you are in this journey, take solace in your focused journey toward cure. And if you're already cured, celebrate daily the joy of victory. Cheers.....

Glad you joined us 1Day! There's another TSM community at http://optionssavelives.freeforums.net/ and more info to research there too. Here's an article I've been posting lately, the graph on this page shows the up and down nature of TSM as the addicted part of the brain (the Reward System) gives up, fights back, gives up, fights back, etc. :
