Yes, I'm Virgil from the MWO forum so hello again from a newcomer to The Sinclair Method! I must say that I feel more comfortable posting about this method on a forum specifically dedicated to Dr Sinclair's approach. I felt a little uneasy discussing The Sinclair Method on the MWO forum. Now I can post on each forum according to the topic of discussion.
