There is a very high cost associated with dosing NAL. Dr. Esckapa says if you dose NAL on Friday afternoon, then from that moment through “wash-out Saturday” you’ve entered a no-go period for opioidergic (healthy endorphin-producing) activities. So, no sex, no hard physical fitness training, or any other endorphin-producing fun until Sunday. That is a very high price for taking that little pill. DO YOU FOLKS CARRY THIS AS A NON-NEGOTIABLE TSM “RULE”? Does science say that I (we) are selectively extincting the positive rewards of pleasing activities by being undisciplined in this regard?

It seems to vary from person to person, OneDay. Some don't even get the Selective Extinction blast from exercise, it's not really a feature for them. Some get it the next day after their last dose. Some don't notice much of any difference in having sex, some do. Just to be on the safe side, I'd avoid your favorite endorphin releasing activities until you see what your personal "schedule" is.
