I started the Sinclair Method 1.5 years ago. Everything is going well as far as drinking goes, but in the beginning I worried about side effects. I was initially concerned about depression, sleep problems, moodiness, etc...
I worked through all of those and have come to the conclusion that it was the drinking that was behind those issues.
My concern now is a consistent, and seemingly progressive, skin rash (itchy) that started a couple months after starting Naltrexone. It has gradually gotten worse. It started with the elbows, behind the knees and neck. It then progressed to the chins, then the entire lower leg. Now it is my hips and even the tops of my feet and around my eyes.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Is there a solution? I've considered switching to Baclofen or another alternative. I don't have a physician involved, so any advice is appreciated.
Thank you in advance for reading this and giving feedback. My handle is 'AlmostThere', but I claimed that moniker a long ago. I'm there and I'm not turning back.
Sincerely, AlmostThere
