It's bullshit. As you get the drink out of your life and put it in it's place, your brain will come up with other stuff for you to do. Just day to day, normal satisfying stuff, not the over the top endorphin rush that drinking get you, but satisfying none the less. Try handling little tasks, like 15 minutes worth or so, in between sips of your drink. Leave your drink in another room so it's not close at hand, but keep a NA drink by you. Eventually, you'll find that 15 minutes turns into 1/2 hour, then an hour or more. Clean stuff up, check your oil and tires, do a little research on the web, some of Ocean's ideas are good too.
