Hi. I am planning starting TSM in 2-3 weeks and I've been sober 15 months with cravings. I have been mostly sober 5.5 years with several severe almost yearly relapses. If I choose to only have 2 units each time I take naltrexone, will it still work for extinction? Do I have to drink until I choose to stop (probably bore like 6 units) to make it work? I hope my question makes sense. My husband is supporting this decision and we are planning things carefully. We will only have a certain amount of alcohol in the house and if 2 drinks isn't enough To get the process going then we will re-evaluate.
