Hello everybody,

I came across TSM while researching alternatives to AA because I don't believe in the spiritual side of things and, although I am mostly abstinent these days, every couple of months I relapse and go on a huge binge - and that's obviously no way to live.

TSM seems ideal but I live in Dubai and online pharmacies won't deliver here because of customs restrictions.

I've got a week off soon and am worried that I will relapse when I'm on holiday, so was thinking of going to a country where I could purchase Naltrexone over the counter so that I could at least start my treatment during that inevitable relapse. I'm leaving Dubai anyway in June and have arranged a delivery for when I get home so will start properly then.

So for now I'm just looking for some advice on where Nal is available over the counter. I've heard France and Spain but would prefer somewhere a bit closer to Dubai, if possible. My potential list of destinations at the moment is Croatia, Cyprus, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Albania, Greece, Georgia. A bit obscure, I know. But if anyone happens to know - that would be great.

ps - as a last resort, India/Sri Lanka are quite close. I'm guessing it must be available OTC in India because that's where the online pharmacies deliver from, is that right? Does anyone know if it's the same in Sri Lanka?

pps - just to be clear - I am not planning to bring the Nal back to Dubai. It's on the controlled list so I'd need a prescription, which I won't have. I just want to use it if/when I end up drinking in the country where I spend my holiday.

I'd check in with CThree Europe about this, they'd be likely to have more up to date info. While India sources ship Naltrexone, I don't know whether it's over the counter there or not.
