OK, y'all, I decided yesterday that I would use TSM to try to get control of my eating, because sugar has become a huge problem for me, the way alcohol had become for Mr. ND.

If anybody else on the board has any info about that or know where else on the board it is, I'd be grateful for a point in the right direction.

I'm going to start my own progress thread in the off-topic section, in case anybody's interested in helping me.

Thank you!! <3

I knew I'd seen all kinds of stuff here about it, but in my current state, I just could not find it! I appreciate your support. I think that reading all the pages of that thread will keep me happily occupied for a while. Thanks again.

Nodoormat,

I try to keep my sugar intake down, and it is not an easy task. I have found out that there are a lot of hidden sugars in things and manufacturers hid it by different names which makes it even harder. But I am sure that you are aware of that.

I did find a really good salad dressing (if you do not make your own) in that process.

If I do not watch my sugar intake I can feel the difference and my cravings for sugar goes up.

I also found that eating fruits with a lower sugar content helps, for anytime I would eat a fruit with a high sugar content my cravings would go up.

I wish you luck,

Jaba
