Very new to TSM, and I have a basic operating question.

If I plan to drink at lunch on the weekend, taking Nal, at 11 or 12 an hour before, and then I don't drink again for few hours in the afternoon, am I still covered for the inevitable evening drinking? Or am I at risk for having started to wash out?

Thanks.

Youre still covered, however the general thinking is if you were going to have a prolonged evening session till the early hours you might want to take a booster 25mg at some point. Nal is meant to work for 24 hours, but once you pass 10 hours or so a booster might be worth it.

In theory, you should be covered. However, everyone is different; I find that my lunchtime Nal has worn off by dinnertime and needs a booster.
