Thanks for posting this. I've been hitting a bit of a wall lately and it is good to read/reinforce some of the basic tenants of TSM that can get lost in translation. Topics like how long does a Nal dose last, boosters, drink types, and how long TSM may take to notice a difference are all relevant to questions we have and see here daily. I needed it.
