I need clarification on how to measure what I have consumed. If I drink in one day 24 ounces how many units did I drink? And white wine is my drink of choice. I see that you post your progress and I am not sure I understand what those numbers represent and how you got to those numbers.

Thank you for your help.

Sweetcaroline 24 oz of what? I'm sure someone will give you the official "calculator." I just stick to the ol' 1 beer = 1 shot of liquor = 1 glass of wine = 1 drink / unit. It's not a competition against each other, but against yourself (or "your beast"), so IMO as long as you have a consistent way of counting for yourself, you can track progress. But search around the site for a few minutes and you can surely find calculators.
