If I go alcohol free for awhile not taking Nal and then decide to have a drink and follow the golden rule (and take Nal). Do you get the unpleasant side effects of when I first took nal? Upset stomach kinda thing that happened the first few days?

It's a good question and I don't know the answer. I will be as keen as you to get feedback from those further down the road.

Everybody will have a different experience with that. I would venture a guess that, no, you would not have the side effects to the same degree.
