Not seeing the results I would like to. I Am seeing improvement but wonder if 50mg of nal is enough. I tried 100 mg one hour before drinking yesterday and that seemed to work better. I know 50mg is the standard dose but is there anyone on here talking 100 or more mg's of naltrexone before drinking? I am able to get naltrexone cheap so for me cost isnt an issue.

Some have gone higher. I've seen threads where people go to 62.5 or 75 before reaching 100% blockage. I've heard of 100, though I haven't seen it.

I wouldn't be surprised if more people need >50 than early research showed. For someone who's truly addicted and not just overdrinking habitually, total blockage is important.
