is a livet gunction test recommended every month or so. years ago when I went on naltrexone the doctors did a live function test. nowadays my new doctors hasn't requested I get a liver function tesr should I be concerned?
I do know that the toxic level of naltrexone is something like ten Times the recommended dose.

Not unless you have liver issues or are drinking a shed load of alcohol. 50mg of naltrexone isn't thought to damage the liver, it's more likely related to alcohol intake. If you are still drinking might be a good idea to have one every 6-12 months, but probably best you chat to your doctor about this.
