Can someone tell me if, a drinker has morning and evening 'sessions', does he require a separate dose before each session? (I hope not... I'm paying $4.45 a pill!! That's why I stopped initially :S )

I probably would go with another dose. The Nal is basically at half strength I think during you second session.

I think I only pay $16 for 10 at allday, plus $25 shipping. (Actually $15 shipping if you hit $100 and use echeck.)

According to Wikipedia the half life of Naltrexone is 4 hours....

So, yes, taking another dose one hour before another drinking session is advised.
