 Post subject: When is it safe after stopping nal to use opiate pain meds

I take 50mg a day and am in my third week. My wisdom teeth just flared up worse than ever. At some point these impacted suckers are gonna have to go. Im sure after the surgery theres going to be some sort of opiate based pain killer prescribed for a few days. How long after stopping Nal would that be safe?
