I will start tomorrow with Naltrexone but am wondering if any complications if I am also taking small doses of Lexapro & Wellbutrin (10 mg each) will interfere/interact or reduce effectiveness of the Nal ?

Hi Tom - I don't think Nal will interact with that medication. I take Zoloft and Trazodone and I have had no interaction. However, I have seen on this board that these types of meds may impact success on TSM. Let's hope not. I am seeing progress so far.

No problems with Nal and Celexa, which I think is pretty similar to Lexapro.

I actually read an article last week (cannot find link) about a study using Nal + Wellbutrin to lose weight. No interactions there. (I am assuming the Nal efect on weight is related to blocking endorphins from food, just like it does for alcohol for us)
