 Post subject: Minimum amount of AL for extinction to work?

We know the formula:

Nal + Al = Cure

We know the amount of Nal is 50 mg.

My question is: What is the minimum amount of AL required to allow the formula to work, and for pharmacological extinction to occur?

One unit? A half? A sip?

To be safe I think that Spring Rider would have one unit at the very least!

I am curious about this too. I am just getting started and if my cravings are down and I have the ability to drink less, I would really like to. Judging by everyones sig lines, I am guessing the cravings are going to come back after the honeymoon.

you need to drink something - at least one unit after you took Nal.
I think that one unit should be enough. Anyways ... when I drink I hardly stay with 1 unit ... mostly with 2-3 so I think I am safe with that unit size :D
