I'm not sure what to tell you, neptune. You weren't a quick responder when you first tried, so the odds are that you're in for the standard slog of somewhere between three and twelve months. It is totally, totally worth it to fix the underlying problem instead of just ignoring it and hoping for the best, but it does take time, and you can't risk getting arrested again.

I don't know what your financial situation is. Is it an option to become an outpatient of a clinic which does TSM? If you were under the care of an addiction clinic, it would look better in court.

Do you know of any treatment centers that offer TSM? Preferably in Canada?

No, I don't know any Canadian ones. I know one in Florida and one in California.

Whereabouts in Canada? It's a big country. We once had a thread naming two Ontario docs who are sympathetic to TSM, although I can't verify it personally.

I'm in British Columbia. I have Naltrexone , and I convinced my Dr. to Prescribe it to me.
I don't think I need a treatment center, because I am medication compliant.

Yeah, I don't think you do either, really. What you actually need is time, and with luck the court will allow it to you.

Just for curiosity sake, I emailed a treatment center in my province, asking if there offer the sinclair method as one of the treatment options this is what they replied

Where are they getting their numbers from, that 12 step treatment is more successful that all other methods combined, wow, if that is true then that would explain why AA is so widely available , but thats not true..

Yeah I believe its a private treatment center. If treatment centers worked than why would anyone need to come back 2,3,5,7, 10 or more times? Something doesnt seem right
