I have been taking Nal since Feb 2011 and have successfully reduced my drinking (though not as much as I'd like), but I haven't noticed any negative impact on sex life. Orgasms vary, but don't they always? Having said that, I never have sex right after drinking - since that is usually problematical anyhow (drinking isn't exactly the best thing to get your body parts working properly, if you know what I mean ). So sexual activity has taken place the day after Nal+alcohol and before drinking that day.

My understanding from Eskapa's literature is that that's the best way to do it. Otherwise you might end up extinguishing your sex drive.

When I started TSM I definitely noticed a reduced sex drive but I seemed to get back to normal after a good few weeks. I also had a lack of appetite which I still sort of have. I think its just your body getting used to the drug.
