Hi lilavi I've drunk about 5 times with Nal and I get that ahhhh feeling every time but I've never drunk as much as I normally do ~ if I leave days in between drinking with Nal ~ I drink even less ~ not once have I thought omg look at the time I must get some more from the shop before it shuts ~ keep going Hun xx

Hiya Thanks ~ I'm exactly the same so I've been buying wine at a lower % I'm usually 14.5% without a doubt but I bought 11.5% bottle on Monday and it was enough if not too much so I might buy mini bottles next time ~ exciting isn't it? Try buy less in? I'm also ravenous after but try and stick to my weight watchers and I've lost 3lb this week cause I wasn't drunk enough to buy a take away ~ I'd like to get to the point where I just have a few glasses on a Saturday night or when I go out as it still relaxes me which is all I want. Well done on the smoking ~ I too was successful with the Allan Carr book for smoking but I tried the book and the seminar for drinking and they didn't work ~ I've even tried electric current Therapy like Claudia ~ it cost £ 600 for two sessions and I lasted a month ~ this is my last hope and I'm very optimistic

It is exciting, really. I've just taken a pill and I will drink in about 1,5 hour. I don't know what to buy but whatever that will be, it won't be too much because I simply don't want to drink as much as usually. And it is really awesome

It's almost impossible - I bought 0,5l of vodka and threw away half of it. Then I bought 2 beers and also later threw away almost half of it. I guess I subconsciously bought more but then I decided to get rid of it. It is an incredible experience because I never wasted any alcohol and today I did and there is no regret.

Interestingly, today I am hungover. I guess Naltrexone works this way and gives you a worse hangover than without a pill, is that right?

Yes, I hear about this quite a bit, Lilavi. Some get a hangover from only a few drinks, others, not so much.
