I couldn' stop, that was the problem  sure I would stop for a few days, a week even, but then I'd do it all over again. Hundreds of times.

So happy that is behind you! Thanks for checking in here to help the rest of us put it behind us, too.

Thanks for the advice. I tried white wine last night. Not even a full glass (by my standards, lol) and I feel like crap today. I feel like I never want to drink again. Not sure this is how it is supposed to work. This is more like antabuse.

Thank you for the advice. Yes, I am still at 25 mg. 50 mg kicked my butt to the curb. Maybe I to to the other forum.

Not drinking is not a bad thing.

Hi All,

Well I just took my first 25mg Nal last night and guzzled 4 white wines, determined to start the ball rolling!!!! I am also on 50mg of Topamax that my Dr. prescribed at the same time (whilst he almost begrudgingly prescribed Naltrexone, not knowing what I was up to). I can normally drink 7 wines in a night before a lovely blackout.

Well last night there was no blackout and I had almost a buzzy feeling but this morning has to be one of the worst hangovers I have ever experienced. I have a piercing headache and feel giddy and had the worst sleep ever. Have tipped the rest of the wine out in case I have thoughts for a repeat tonight (which in itself is an improvement).

Thought it might have been the Topa but having read this, it could well be the Nal plus the amount I drank!!!!! Might try drinking beer tomorrow.

Have interestingly read that the "units" definition for those of you in the UK and US is different so might change my signature to actual drinks consumed per week. Oh the Horror!!!!

Naltrexone is the high end pills for the conscious control. You should not take such pills for no reasons as assignment help services reported that these pills destroy the inner peace of the people and addict to the medicine on a continuous process.
