well, last night went okay. i didnt finish the last drink, felt really bloated, which i think was dinner rather than anything else. not sure if that's given others some false idea that i will now only drink a tiny amount and stop

i had some slight nausea at first, that went away pretty quickly, so tonight, if i have anything to drink, i'll be taking a full 50mg pill and seeing how that goes

well, i took a full pill tonight just after dinner, then decided i didnt want beer, so i'm not having any. i am however VERY tired. not sure if that's the pill or not.

Could be. Spicy food causes an a release of endorphins.
