During the evening the nausea improved. I did not puke up.

I became drunken I think but in a very interessting way. I was laughing a lot, made a lot of jokes - which I normally don't do when drinking.

A new side effect though. During the night I kept on getting "charleyhorse".

Definetly this medicament is doing something with me - at least for the start with the side effects - which I am sure will dissappear over the next weeks.

Naltrexone 1 hour before is like "MINIMUM" 1 hour before no?
So I take it and I could also drink alcohol in 2-3 hours?

Not that I'm an expert, but I wouldn't wait too long. Naltrexone's half-life in the blood stream is only 4 hours. But it seems like since it takes an hour to reach full strength in the blood stream, that in 2-3 hours, you'd still have a lot of it in your body. I think if you waited 9 hours, it would be a problem since you'd only have a 12.5mg dose left in your body. Anyway, I think 2 to 4 hours should be OK, in my uneducated opinion.
