I'm new here, and this post caught my eye. I just wanted to say thanks for sharing the post, and for the responses. I had a tough weekend last weekend (drank way too much), and after a few months of feeling like TSM was working for me, I really felt hopeless and ready to give up. Now I'm back to recognizing the undeniable progress I've made. It means the world to know that I'm not I'm not alone. Again, thanks so much.
