B and C: "Hocus-pocus mentality." Love it. I am going to have to steal that one from you and use it as my own. ;)

This is my fourth day. Still on the ramp up dose. It seems though, that it is having some effect (maybe honeymoon, who knows) as I have surpressed the urge to have Just one more, just one more, etc. Still at 3-4 a day, though--rather than 6 on some days.

Sounds good Rock. The immediate reduction in drinking is almost certainly "the honeymoon period" as true extinction typically takes months. Do no be surprised or bummed out when your drinking resumes to pre-TSM levels. Your improvement on naltrexone is not linear but is a roller coaster ride. But you are off to a positive start. Be patient, the method takes months but does work for most of us.

Hey Rock - Nick's right - my intake never changed, I drank my little bit each and every day until all of a sudden I had a few AF days, then the next week more, and more, and it's been days and days, and some stressful situations without wanting to drink, to show me that I'm cured...it literally snuck up on me!! Wait for it!!
